Radius Leads LLC (“Radius Leads”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit radiusleads.io (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use that information, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Radius Leads LLC is a performance marketing agency. We provide digital marketing services such as conversion rate optimisation, search engine optimisation, copywriting, design, paid media management and content marketing to business clients.
This Privacy Policy covers the Site and our general business communications. Where we handle data on behalf of a client as part of a marketing engagement, we do so under that client's instructions and under the terms of our agreement with them; that client's own privacy policy governs how the data is used.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us. We collect information you choose to give us, for example when you email us, request a proposal, or otherwise contact us. This typically includes:
- your name and job title;
- your email address, telephone number and company name;
- the content of your message and any information you include in it; and
- any other information you volunteer during our correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use, including:
- your IP address and general location derived from it;
- browser type, device type and operating system;
- the pages you view, the time and date of your visit and how long you stay; and
- the referring website or advertisement that brought you to the Site.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site and the third-party tools we use may place cookies or similar identifiers on your device. See Section 5 below.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, financial account details, health information or biometric data) through the Site, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide the information or proposal you requested;
- provide, operate, maintain and improve the Site and our services;
- communicate with you about our services, including sending marketing emails where permitted by law;
- understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and performance;
- detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud, abuse or security incidents;
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics and professional advisers. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
- Advertising and analytics partners. With platforms that help us measure Site performance and deliver advertising, as described in Section 5.
- Legal reasons. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Radius Leads, our clients or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation or sale of all or part of our business, in which case information may be transferred as a business asset.
- With your direction. Where you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to the disclosure.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our partners may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the Site working correctly, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
You can control cookies in several ways:
- most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; note that parts of the Site may not function properly if you do;
- you can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info); and
- you can manage Google advertising personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because no common standard for responding to those signals has been adopted, the Site does not currently respond to them.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — for example, for the duration of our correspondence or business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards — and for as long as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You send information to us at your own risk.
8. Your choices
- Marketing email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email we send, or by emailing us. We may still send you non-marketing messages relating to an active enquiry or engagement.
- Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address in Section 12 and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity, and we may retain information where we have a legal reason to do so.
- Cookies. See Section 5.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party websites
The Site may contain links to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
